TERMS & CONDITIONS

The holder of a "Ticket" is obliged to comply with the decisions and instructions of APOEL Football (Public) Ltd, as well as the security personnel and police authorities. The term “Ticket” refers to the following products:

  1. Individual tickets for each APOEL FC League and/or Cup and/or Friendly and/or European match.
  2. Ticket packages for a specified number of APOEL FC matches.
  3. Season tickets for League and/or Cup and/or European and/or Friendly matches.
  4. Cards for European matches in the Group Stage of European competitions.

General Use & Conduct:

  • By using the "Ticket", the holder accepts the provisions of the Law on the Prevention and Suppression of Violence in Sports Venues of 2008 (Law 48(I)/2008) and all its amendments.
  • Use of the "Ticket" requires proper and sporting behavior in the stadium.
  • Commercial and/or advertising exploitation (including lotteries) of any type of ticket is strictly prohibited.
  • It is strictly forbidden to possess, carry, hold, use, distribute and/or display banners, flags, or other material of political, commercial, offensive, racist or advertising content, weapons, flares, firecrackers, lighters, coins, alcoholic beverages, drugs and/or any other item that may be considered prohibited from time to time.
  • Video recording and radio broadcasting of the match is prohibited.
  • APOEL Football (Public) Ltd reserves the right, via the Police and/or security staff, to conduct body searches upon entry for security reasons.
  • In case of violation of the above or proven inappropriate behavior, APOEL Football (Public) Ltd reserves the right to ban the offender from the stadium, even permanently, and to demand compensation for any damages caused.
  • Fans are informed that for security reasons, a CCTV surveillance system operates in the stadium. Intentional covering of one’s face to conceal identity is not allowed.
  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
  • Ticket prices are determined by APOEL Football (Public) Ltd and may be revised via official announcement on www.apoelfc.com.cy.
  • The "Ticket" is personal, named, and used only once by the ticket holder. Transfer after entry is prohibited.
  • Each ticket allows for only one entry on match day and must be presented together with the holder’s national ID. Violation will lead to immediate cancellation of the ticket without refund.
  • Copying, reproduction, or resale of tickets is prohibited. In the case of duplicates, only the first scanned ticket will be accepted.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged, and no refunds are offered.
  • The holder is responsible for safeguarding the ticket. The holder must be aware of and comply with the Stadium Regulations, posted at the entrances.
  • Entry is allowed only with a ticket matching the holder’s age category.

Ticket Categories:

  1. Regular Tickets: For people 20 and over, and under 65 years old.
  2. Student Tickets: For people aged 14 to 20.
  3. Children’s Tickets: For children up to 14 years old.

Lost Ticket Procedure:

  • In case of loss, the holder must immediately inform the Ticketing Department of APOEL FC, so the lost ticket can be canceled and replaced.
  • Replacement cost: €10 (operational fee, applies only to season tickets).
  • If a ticket is lost on match day, the holder ONLY may request a temporary ticket at ticket booth D6, presenting a national ID.

Ticket Validity:

  • Valid for all home matches as stated in the official announcement during the ticket presale.
  • If APOEL FC is sanctioned to play behind closed doors, or does not participate in a Cup or European match, tickets will not be valid.
  • If APOEL FC plays at a different stadium due to sanction, and there is limited capacity, priority order will apply for access.

Reserved Seat Clause:

  • Seats used by season ticket holders may be temporarily reserved. In such cases, holders will have first-choice rights to select an alternate seat for that match.

  • On matchdays, an APOEL staff member will be available at ticket booth D5 at GSP Stadium to assist with any issues before kickoff.
  • The seat listed on the ticket must be strictly respected.

For People with Disabilities (PWD):

  • PWD should contact the Ticketing Department at 77771926 (Option 3).
  • Process begins 1 week before the match.
  • No season tickets issued for PWD.
  • Required information for registration:

PWD: Full name, disability card number
Companion: Full name, CSO Fan Card, phone number, vehicle registration (if parking needed)

  • Names will be listed by priority until the available seats are filled.

Entry & Purchase Conditions:

  • Electronic ticket scanning will be conducted upon stadium entry.
  • For ticket or merchandise purchases, the club may request to see national ID and print name and ID number on the ticket.
  • Online sales may be subject to purchase limits per customer.
  • By purchasing or holding a ticket, the user accepts the Stadium Rules (posted at entrances) and all laws regarding safety and violence prevention in sports venues. Non-compliance may result in denied entry, removal, or legal action.
  • APOEL Football (Public) Ltd may use the ticket holder’s contact information to send updates via SMS or email.
  • Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of all terms above, including any future amendments and use of personal data strictly by APOEL Football (Public) Ltd.
