INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING A SEASON TICKET / MATCH TICKET

1. If you are already registered in the Ticketing System, you can log in by entering your email address and password.

2. If you have not yet registered in the Ticketing System, you must first register by completing the Application Form with all your details.
By clicking “Register,” you will be automatically logged into the Ticketing System.

Season Ticket Renewal:

After logging into the Ticketing System, select "Season Tickets".
Two options will appear - select "Renew".

The Season Ticket details entry page will appear with the following fields:
  1. Barcode (10 digits / 11 digits for children)
  2. CSO Fancard Number (For children, enter 0)

After all fields are correctly filled out, click “Submit” to view the ticket holder’s details. Click “Submit” again to add the renewed Season Ticket to your cart.

You may repeat this process to renew additional Season Tickets. Maximum number per purchase: 5 Season Tickets.

Click “Continue” to view your shopping cart. If desired, you can remove any items in your cart, including specific Season Tickets.

By clicking "Checkout", the purchaser's details will appear, with the option to choose "Pickup from ORANGE SHOP" or "Courier Delivery" for all Season Tickets in the cart.

You must accept the “Terms of Use” and then select "Continue".

You will be redirected to the payment provider’s page, and upon correctly entering your card details, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice number of the transaction. You should then proceed according to the chosen delivery method.

Your bank account statement will display the purchase under the name 'tickets.apoelfc.com.cy'.

Purchase of a New Season Ticket:

After logging into the Ticketing System, select "Season Tickets".
Two options will appear - select "New".

The stadium will be displayed, and you can select the section you are interested in.

After selecting a section, you must first choose the Season Ticket category for each selected seat, and then proceed by clicking "Add to cart".
You may select up to 5 Season Tickets per purchase, whether from the same or different sections. To switch between sections, you must first use “Add to cart.”

Click "Continue" to enter the holder details for each seat. After completing the details for each holder, click "Submit".
Each Season Ticket must be linked to a separate identity.

Clicking "Continue" will take you to your shopping cart. You can, if you wish, remove any items from the cart or delete specific Season Tickets.

By clicking "Checkout", the purchaser’s details will appear, with the option to choose "Pickup from ORANGE SHOP" or "Courier Delivery" for all Season Tickets in the cart.

You must accept the “Terms of Use” and then click "Continue".

You will be redirected to the payment provider’s website, and once you correctly enter your card details, you will receive a confirmation email with the transaction invoice number. You should then act according to the selected delivery method.
