Please note that as of 31/05/2025, the validity of the Fan Card has expired and the cardholders should proceed to issue a new one, if they wish.

1. Cypriot Citizens over 18 years old* can obtain a Fan Card through the “Digital Citizen” application by logging into CyLogin.
2. Cypriot Citizens aged 14-18 can get a Fan Card via the CSO portal at fancard.cy (from a computer or mobile device) and then proceed by importing the Fan Card into the “Digital Citizen” application using CyLogin.
3. Holders of a temporary residence permit/Alien Registration Certificate (ARC) and foreign passport holders can apply for a Fan Card through the CSO portal at fancard.cy (from a computer or mobile device).

*Cypriot Citizens over 65 years old who are unable to use the “Digital Citizen” application to obtain a Fan Card have the alternative option of issuing it via the CSO portal at fancard.cy – in this case, they should print the card on A4 paper.
